<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus that can clean a tire, a tire house and a vehicle body bottom, and also can properly perform a cleaning work even in a low temperature environment. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning apparatus 1 that cleans the tire 5, the tire house 6, and vehicle body bottom 7 of a vehicle 2. This cleaning apparatus 1 includes a jetting means 11 that jets a cleaning liquid toward the tire 5, the tire house 6, and the vehicle body bottom 7 and a control means 12 that controls this jetting means. The jetting means 11 has: a tank 13 that stores the cleaning liquid; a connecting pipe 14 that is arranged to position toroidal to the vehicle body bottom 7; a pump 15 that feeds the cleaning liquid forcefully from the tank 13 to the connecting pipe 14; a plurality of pressure valves 16 that are attached to the connecting pipe 14 and change in the opened/closed state based on the set pressure set beforehand possesses the cleaning liquid; and an injection nozzle 17 installed in each of these pressure valves 16 and can jet the cleaning liquid.
