PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processor which dispenses with a space where a guide means evacuates and prevents the risk of damaging a sheet.SOLUTION: The sheet processor includes a staple ejecting sheet roller 203 for ejecting a sheet, a staple tray 209 loading the ejected sheet, a back end reference fence 212 adjusting the back end part of the sheet loaded on the staple tray 209, a hitting roller 210 conveying the ejected sheet to a back end reference fence 212 side, a conveyance guide plate 219 prepared movably at a conveyance guide position A (a first position) and a guide position B (a second position) which is downward from the position concerned downward to direct the sheet, wherein the conveyance guide plate 219 directs the sheet ejected by the staple ejecting sheet roller 203 to an ejected sheet direction when positioned at the first position A and directs the sheet conveyed by the hitting roller 210 to back end reference fence 212 side when positioned at the second position B. |
