<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a phase of a work by easily detecting the phase of the work. <P>SOLUTION: This robot system includes: a robot (1) including a holding mechanism for holding a detected material (4) having a side surface extending in the circumferential direction; an appearance projecting device (5) including an opening (7) into which the detected material can be inserted in the center axial direction thereof, and a mirror-finished curved inner surface (8) expanding to the outside in the radial direction from the opening in the inserting direction in which the detected material is inserted; an image pickup device (12) which picks up an image of the detected material projected to the curved inner surface when the detected material is inserted into the opening; and an image processing section (21) which processes the image of the detected material picked up by the image pickup device and which detects a phase characteristic part (6) provided at the side surface of the detected material or inspects the side surface of the detected material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
