<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to control nuclear reactor output, which automatically controls control rods used for stabilizing a temperature rise rate to be a target value during thermal output rising process at the start of a nuclear power plant. <P>SOLUTION: A control rod operation determining part 30 for determining manipulated variableΔCR of control rods of a plant 10 comprises: an integrator 31 for outputting an integrated value obtained by performing integration arithmetic on a difference between a target value HR<SB POS="POST">t</SB>of a temperature rise rate of reactor water and an actually measured value HR through a first parameter K<SB POS="POST">I</SB>; a proportional device 32 for outputting a proportional value obtained by performing proportional arithmetic on a difference between the integrated value and a logarithm value of a neutron fluxϕ(a measured valueτ<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>of an inverse of a reactor cycle) through a second parameter K<SB POS="POST">P</SB>; an operational signal output device 33 for outputting manipulated variableΔCR of the control rods on the basis of the proportional value; and a parameter varying part 34 for varying the first parameter K<SB POS="POST">I</SB>and the second parameter K<SB POS="POST">P</SB>on the basis of a change rate of the logarithm value of the neutron fluxϕ, a reactor water temperature T and the temperature rise rate HR. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
