The present invention relates to a medical dye laser and, more specifically, to a medical dye laser which adjusts a wavelength range to emit waves onto the skin, and generates a treatment effect for a desired region. The medical dye laser comprises: a pump light source (21); a pair of amplification mirror walls (23a, 23b) placed apart from each other to amplify light introduced into the pump light source (21); and a dye unit (22) which is placed between the pair of mirror walls (23a, 23b). The pair of mirror walls (23a, 23b) have predetermined reflectivity, and the wavelength range of light (L3) outputted through one mirror wall (23b) is adjusted.
