摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a speed of a vehicle on a traveling traffic lane and a traffic flow of a ranged vehicle from ranging data by using a laser sensor. <P>SOLUTION: A traffic flow measurement system includes: multiple ranging parts corresponding to multiple layers for emitting multiple laser beams which form the multiple layers in vertical direction from a road surface to acquire ranging data including distance data and eco data from an object; a detection part corresponding to each ranging part for detecting a position of a vehicle from the ranging data acquired by the ranging parts; a data processing part for performing integration processing of the distance data and eco data corresponding to the layers which are acquired by each ranging part to convert them into common three-dimensional data, and calculating a speed of the vehicle from the common distance data; and a display part for displaying data on the vehicle detected by the detection part. The data processing part determines whether it is the same vehicle by using three-dimensional coordinate data. When determining that it is the same vehicle, the data processing part gives the vehicle the same unique ID and stores speed data and distance data of the vehicle determined to be identical in association with the same unique ID in a point data DB. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
