<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular power relay circuit that reliably opens a relay contact disposed between a battery and a load when the battery is detached. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular power relay circuit comprises: a latching relay 1 having a relay contact 11 between a positive electrode of a battery 9 and the load (load group 8); a semiconductor switch (contact turn-on switch 43) disposed between a coil (contact turn-off coil 13) of the latching relay 1 for opening the relay contact 11 when a current flows and the positive electrode of the battery 9; a capacitor 7 connected between a positive battery electrode side terminal of the semiconductor switch and a fixed potential lower than a potential of the positive electrode of the battery 9; a diode 53 forward-connected between the positive electrode of the battery 9 and the positive battery electrode side terminal; and a switching circuit 6 disposed between the positive electrode of the battery 9 and a control terminal of the semiconductor switch to close the semiconductor switch when there is no current flow from the battery 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
