<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice bran processor improved so that the quantity of the rice bran packed in a rice polishing facility is optionally predetermined by the decision of a user. <P>SOLUTION: The rice bran processor for rice cleaning facilities includes: an unpolished rice hopper 1 and a control panel 14 in a control room 9; a rice milling device 10 in a machine room 11 partitioned by the control room 9 and partition wall 8; and a rice bran packing device 21 for packing the rice bran generated by rice processing of the rice milling device 10. In the rice processor, there is provided a rice bran quantity predetermining means S for predetermining the quantity of the rice bran to be packed by the rice bran packing device 21 where the operation of the rice bran packing device 21 is started when a rice bran packing signal is received and stopped when the rice bran reaches the predetermined quantity. This configuration predetermines the quantity of the rice bran to be packed according to the desire of the user.
