<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit that facilitates impedance matching of the oscillation circuit with an oscillation element, and an oscillator. <P>SOLUTION: An oscillation circuit 100 includes: a first input terminal 4; a first output terminal 5; a signal adjustment section 10 connected to the first input terminal 4; and a signal forming section 20 connected to the first input terminal 4 and the first output terminal 5. The signal adjustment section has a first element 13, a first resistance 11, a second resistance 12, and a first capacitor 14. The first element 13 has one end connected to the first input terminal 4, and the other end connected to one end of the first resistance 11, one end of the second resistance, and one end of the first capacitor. The first resistance has the other end connected to a first power supply 2. The second resistance has the other end connected to a second power supply 3. The first capacitor has the other end connected to the second power supply.
