<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a lever without lowering detection accuracy of a position of recording paper. <P>SOLUTION: A guide member 100 sections a lower surface of a straight path where recording paper and a medium tray are carried. The guide member 100 includes a slit 110 to which the lever 83 of a detection part is inserted from below. On the slit 110, from the front end to the rear end of the slit 110 in a front-back direction 8, a first width part 113, a second width part 115, and a third width part 117 are provided in order. The second width part 115 is narrower than the first width part 113 and wider than the third width part 117. The lever 83 is protected by the first width part 113 when turned by recording paper, protected by the second width part 115 when turned by the medium tray, and protected by the third width part 117 in jam processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
