<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system of an electric power-assisted turbocharger capable of cooling a motor of the electric power-assisted turbocharger. <P>SOLUTION: In this electric power-assisted turbocharger 10, a rotor 13 of the motor 12 is connected to the turbocharger, a bearing housing 28 for journaling a turbo-shaft 23 and a compressor housing 27 of the turbocharger are connected by a motor case 11, the motor 12 constituted of the rotor 13 and a stator 14 is stored in the motor case 11, a main water-cooled chamber 15 is formed in the motor case 11 on the outer periphery of the stator 14, a cooling water line 35 is connected to the main water-cooled chamber 15 for supplying cooling water of a separate system from engine cooling water, an electric cooling water pump 37 is connected to the cooling water line 35, a temperature sensor 61 is arranged in the other motor 12 for detecting the temperature of the stator 14, and a controller 60 is arranged for controlling the electric cooling water pump 37 at the detection temperature of the temperature sensor 61. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
