The present invention relates to a thermal radiation sheet which includes a thermal radiation layer, a thermal conductive layer, an adhesion layer and a release film. The content of solid particles contained in the thermal radiation sheet is higher than the content of solid particles contained in the adhesion layer. When a composition of the thermal radiation layer is mixed and stirred with a solvent, and the mixture is coated on the thermal conductive layer to be dried with hot air blowing, the content of solid particles after the drying with hot air blowing is in the range of 30 to 80 wt%. The heat radiation layer is coated on a thermal conductive plate, and the adhesion layer is coated on the release paper. Therefore, the adhesion layer maintains sufficient adhesiveness while maximizing the effect of thermal conduction, and the thermal radiation layer has the solid particles sufficiently fixed by a binder, while improving the effect of thermal radiation. |
