Disclosed are a real-time exercise state informing system and a method thereof. The real-time exercise state informing system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an exercise program module which generates an exercise program appropriate for a user using physical strength and medical history information of the user; an exercise amount measurement module which measures exercise strength and exercise time from the exercise of the user; and a feedback module which identifies whether the exercise of the user satisfies the generated exercise program using the measured exercise strength and the measured exercise time, and feeds the result back to the user in real-time.
