PROCESS OF PRODUCING TURMERIC (Curcuma longa) WITH LEMON GRASS (Andropogon citratus de) TEA

The present utility model relates to a process of producing turmeric (curcuma longa) with lemongrass (Andropogon citratus de) tea comprising the steps of: selecting good and young turmeric rhizomes; washing and cleaning the selected turmeric rhizomes; peeling/scraping the washed and cleaned turmeric rhizomes; grinding peeled/scraped turmeric rhizomes; sifting the raw muscovado sugar to remove large particles; weighing/measuring the ground turmeric rhizomes and raw muscovado sugar; mixing the ground turmeric rhizomes and raw muscovado sugar wherein the proportion by weight of turmeric and muscovado is 1:1; cooking the mixture in the pot under medium heat and add a bundle of lemon grass leaves until dry; pounding the cooked mixture until pulverized; sifting the pulverized pounded cooked mixture; packaging the turmeric with lemongrass tea; sealing of turmeric with lemongrass tea; and storing the packed turmeric with lemongrass tea.
