<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoacoustic refrigerating plant that prevents insufficient cooling of a cooler heat exchanger caused by a gas circulation flow. <P>SOLUTION: A motor 3 and a refrigerator 4 are formed on a pipe 2 in which gas is enclosed, and a blocking wall 11 which blocks the moving gas is installed on a position facing from the cooler heat exchanger 8 side with respect to the refrigerator 4 of the pipe 2 so as to vibrate in association with vibration of the gas.
