<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the side structure of a vehicle visually improved in appearances since the wall face of a pillar outer panel is polyhedral and followed by a shade when both doors are opened in a finished vehicle even if color dots of paint are generated by the attachment of paint sprayed to a center pillar from a clearance between front and rear door sashes with a door closed, needing no masking in a painting step of the vehicle including the door. <P>SOLUTION: The pillar outer panel 14 of the center pillar 8 is formed in a substantially U-shape in a plan view, a wall face 14A of a vehicle outer side of the pillar outer panel 14 is formed in a polyhedral shape vertically extended with an angle to each other in the plan view roughly over the height range of the door sash. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
