<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing-out device which is constituted in such a manner that a center point of a wound body held by a holding body and a center point of a rotating body of a rotary reel may not shift to/from each other with easy operation, whereby drawing-out operation of the wound body can be smoothly performed to the end in a state where the wound body is neither deviated nor tangled when drawing out the wound body. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary reel 1 holding the wound body R is installed to freely rotate, and a plurality of holding bodies 5 set to move jointly from the center of the rotating body 3 outward are provided on the circumference of a center part of the rotating body 3 of the rotary reel 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
