<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily diagnose the state of problems such as the output drop of a photovoltaic power generation unit.SOLUTION: In the operation unit (42) of a diagnostic device (40), power generation amount of a photovoltaic power generation unit (20) to be diagnosed, out of the power generation amount of a plurality of photovoltaic power generation units (20), is compared with the average value of power generation amount of remaining photovoltaic power generation units (20), and failure determination is made. More specifically, a determination is made that a photovoltaic power generation unit (20) to be diagnosed has failed when the power generation amount of the photovoltaic power generation unit (20) to be diagnosed is lower than the average value of power generation amount of remaining photovoltaic power generation units (20), and deviated therefrom by a predetermined value or more.</p> |
