<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to speedily confirm a difference in two pieces of image data presented for drawing of a figure generated by RIP expansion based on two RIP parameters different from each other before executing drawing processing. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 2 comprises: a processing region setting part 25 which sets a predetermined processing region shown by design data D0; a RIP expansion part 26 for display which performs RIP expansion to the design data D0 corresponding to a processing region with resolution according to a display magnification of the processing region RT using a specification parameter Pa1 and a reference parameter Pa2. A difference S between a specification image D21 obtained by RIP expansion based on the specification parameter Pa1 and a reference image D22 obtained by RIP expansion based on the reference parameter Pa2 is extracted, and the specification image D21 and the reference image D22 are displayed on a processing region display screen 81 in an aspect of visually emphasizing the difference S. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
