A valve apparatus 1 includes a body 5 with a supply passage 53 for gas and a solenoid valve 3 housed in the body 5. The solenoid valve 3 includes a tubular sleeve 30 internally having a flow passage 30c leading to the supply passage 53, and a valve element 32 and a valve seat 37 that open and close the flow passage 30c. The solenoid valve 3 includes a driving portion that opens and closes the valve element 32. A seal member 43 is disposed between an outer wall of the sleeve 30 and an inner wall of the body 5. A tip 30a of the sleeve 30 on a downstream side of the valve element 32 is exposed from the body 5.
