The present invention relates to a door opening and closing device for a work vehicle which firmly fixes a striker with a minimum number of components, and changes an external and an internal installation location according to a work environment to facilitate opening and closing of a door. The door opening and closing device for a work vehicle according to the present invention comprises: a main housing installed on a door of a work vehicle; a main handle mounted on a front surface of the main housing to be rotated; a pressing guide extended from the main handle; a pressing part linked with rotation of the main handle by the pressing guide; a latch unit which is disposed on one side of the main housing, restrains a striker disposed on a door frame to maintain a locking state of the door, and is operated by the pressing part to relieve a restrained state of the striker; and a sub-operation unit separated from the main housing and connected to the pressing part by a connection means to relieve the restrained state of the striker. |
