<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal plate having high corrosion resistance, especially, on an end face. <P>SOLUTION: The coated metal plate includes a metal plate, a first coating layer covering a first thickness-directional surface of the metal plate, and a second coating layer covering the first coating layer. The first coating layer contains a chromate-based rust inhibitor.
