<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new aptamer which can bind to pyrrolo-quinoline quinone glucose dehydrogenase (PQQGDH) without affecting the activity of enzyme and can be used, when labeling a polynucleotide molecule with the PQQGDH. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: an aptamer PGa4 which can specifically bind to PQQGDH without affecting the activity of an enzyme and has a domain comprising eight continuous guanine residues important for recognizing PQQGDH; and an aptamer containing the domain wherein one base in the domain is replaced, deleted or inserted, and having a size of≤30 mer.
