The device (1) has a setting unit (4) adjusting an operational parameter of a warning element (2) such as luminous paint, color intensity, shining image, volume, melody or sound sequence. The setting unit comprises an interface (16) for receiving attitude information of the operational parameter. A shaft receiver (6) is formed in the interface of the setting unit for receiving wireless attitude information of the operational parameter. A wireless power consumption device provides power to the setting unit. An independent claim is also included for an operating mode warning unit.
