<p>The invention relates to an electronic motor vehicle device, particularly a motor vehicle data device for arrangement in a motor vehicle, having a housing with a device front panel 2 and having a connector socket 6, which is accessible from outside the housing through a housing opening 4 arranged in the device front panel 2, the housing having a cover 8 that closes the housing opening 4. For good protection of the interior of the housing with at the same time easy accessibility to the connector socket, it is proposed that the cover 8 rests against the opening edge of the housing opening 4 from the inside of the housing such that it closes the housing opening 4, that the housing has a first cover guide, along which first cover guide the cover 8 can be moved into the housing, and that the housing has a second cover guide, which adjoins the first cover guide, along which second cover guide the cover can be displaced within a plane parallel to a device front panel plane such that it exposes the connector socket 6.</p> |
