Disclosed is a field learning management system which can manufacture a task execution outcome at the same time as doing field learning and then can transmit the task execution outcome. The field learning management system may comprise: a database which stores templates step by step, where the templates include an empty space where instructions as to items to be executed during the field learning and data inputted according to the instructions are to be written; a control part which displays a corresponding template among the templates stored in the database on a screen of a terminal in response to a template request signal, and displays input data inputted through an input unit of the terminal in the empty space of the displayed template; a file conversion part which converts the templates including the input data into an image file; and a transmission part which transmits the converted image files to a server in response to a transmission request signal. |
