<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement precise signal detection ranging from a fine amplitude signal to a large amplitude signal without damaging elements. <P>SOLUTION: A signal detection circuit includes: a rectification circuit for rectifying signals input into a first input node and a second input node to output a current from a first output node; a smoothing section for smoothing the current output from the rectification circuit; and a voltage supply section for supplying a reference voltage based on a first voltage to the rectification circuit. The rectification circuit has diodes D10, D20, D30, D40 arranged in a bridge configuration, and capacitors C10, C20, C30, C40 connected to respective anodes of the diodes D10, D20, D30, D40. The voltage supply section has four reference voltage generation sections RGEN (RGEN1, RGEN2, RGEN3, RGEN4) for generating the reference voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
