<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-obesity medicine which is easy to be ingested on a daily basis, has a high anti-obesity effect, further has correlation between a dose and activity, thus has an easily realizable effect, and also has high safety. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-obesity medicine contains the peak constituent of the partition chromatography of the alcohol extract of seeds of true grass as an active constituent. As the true grass, wheat grass is preferably used, and, as the alcohol, ethanol is preferably used.
