<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar radiation amount estimation device capable of accurately estimating a solar radiation amount at a prescribed spot at a prescribed time with high spatial resolution and time resolution. <P>SOLUTION: A solar radiation amount estimation device 100 for estimating the solar radiation amount at a prescribed spot at a prescribed time includes: a function acquisition unit 110 for acquiring a function which indicates correlation between a first solar radiation indication value that is a value indicating solar radiation intensity at a first spot among a plurality of spots at a first time and a second solar radiation indication value that is a value indicating solar radiation intensity at a second spot among the plurality of spots at a second time, and which has a speed coefficient indicating movement of clouds and an attenuation coefficient indicating deformation of clouds; and a solar radiation amount calculation unit 120 for calculating a value indicating solar radiation intensity at the prescribed spot at the prescribed time by spatio-temporal kriging using the acquired function. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
