<p>The invention offers a flame-retardant resin sheet that not only can have a low dielectric constant but also has excellent flexibility, flame retardancy, and thin-film processibility and a flat cable incorporating the sheet. The flame-retardant resin sheet contains a resin constituent; containing polyphenylene ether at a content of 5 mass % or more and 75 mass % or less, a thermoplastic elastomer at a content of 5 mass % or more and 40 mass % or less, and polyolefin at a content of 20 mass % or more and 90 mass % or less; and a phosphorus-based flame retardant, a nitrogen-based flame retardant, or both at 5 to 100 mass parts per 100 mass parts of the resin constituent. A flexible flat cable incorporates the flame-retardant resin sheet as a covering material.</p> |
