<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage type water heater capable of surely preventing freezing of a pipe connecting a hot water storage tank unit and a heating means unit, and suppressing lowering of a water temperature in the hot water storage tank in an antifreezing operation. <P>SOLUTION: A storage type water heater includes a flow path switching means (three-way valve 3 and four-way valve 4) capable of switching a hot water storage circuit connecting the heating means unit (heat pump unit 31) and the hot water storage tank (hot water supply-side hot water storage tank 1A and water supply-side hot water storage tank 1B) through a first unit-to-unit pipe 8 and a second unit-to unit pipe 9, and a first circulation circuit connecting the heating means unit and a heat exchanger 39 through the first unit-to-unit pipe 8 and the second unit-to-unit pipe 9 without passing through the hot water storage tank, and a control means (control section 80) circulating hot water/water to the first circulation circuit in the antifreeze operation for preventing freezing of the pipes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
