摘要 The present invention relates to a high throughput label-free cell assay system capable of observing the structural variation of cells by scanning the lower part of a medium formed of a glass with an objective lens and a Galvano mirror using a wideband laser as a light source, assaying and projecting the light returned by being reflected in the lower part of the medium using a spectrometer, measuring interference spectrum formed of the light returned by being reflected in each interference of the medium glass in the spectrometer, and then measuring a phase in the data formed by Fourier-transforming the measured interference spectrum. The label-free cell assay system comprises: a transparent medium on which a sample is placed having a transparent bottom; an objective lens positioned under the transparent medium; a Galvano mirror positioned under the objective lens, having two mirrors to emit light introduced from a wideband light source through an optical fiber coupler in accordance to the rotation of the two mirrors, and emitting the light returned from the transparent medium through the objective lens to the optical fiber coupler; the optical fiber coupler to transmit the light introduced from the wideband light source to the Galvano mirror and then to transmit the light introduced from the Galvano mirror to a spectrometer; and the spectrometer to output an image by detecting the spectrum of the light introduced from the optical fiber coupler and to output an image of the interference spectrum formed by causing interference with the sample and the transparent medium. The image of the interference spectrum is an image acquired by reflecting the light introduced into the transparent medium through the objective lens in the sample and then causing the interference using a boundary between the sample and the transparent medium.
