The present invention relates to a power converting device for wave-power generation which floats on the sea, ununiformly moves vertically or laterally by waves within a fixed range, and receives power from a power source for intermittently generating linear power to rotate an output shaft connected to a generator by a portion of the power to generate electricity and rotate the output shaft by the accumulated energy of the remaining portion of the power when the power from the power source is not transferred after the remaining portion of the power is accumulated in an energy storage device, thereby increasing generation efficiency.
