FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flavoured food products with filling having a long storage life as well as to methods for such products manufacture. Proposed are flavoured food products with filling having a long storage life and containing two parts with different consistencies as well as methods for such products manufacture. If stored in a tightly sealed film package at a temperature of approximately 70°F, the food products have storage life equal to at least six months.EFFECT: invention enables production of flavoured food products with filling having a medium level of water activity (approximately 0,5 - 0,8) which promotes extension of storage life at room temperature.20 cl, 2 dwg, 7 tbl, 6 ex |
