A technical task of the present invention is to provide a garbage bag holding apparatus fixating a garbage bag with a simple method and determining a processing volume of a waste in accordance with a volume of the garbage bag which is not the volume of a garbage bin, and reducing the costs of the product. To achieve this purpose, in accordance to the present invention, the garbage bag holding apparatus capable of holding a garbage bag comprises: a hollow outer cover wherein the garbage bag is penetrated to enable an upper end part of the garbage bag be held by an upper end; a hollow inner cover inserted into the outer cover having the garbage bag therebetween to fixate the garbage bag with the outer cover together; and a holder provided to the outer cover. |
