The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing Dutch coffee. The apparatus for manufacturing Dutch coffee comprises: a filter portion to which water is supplied through a water pipe, and configured to generate alkaline ionized by bringing metals having a difference in the degree of ionization, into contact with each other, and manufacture alkaline ionized water by dissolving the alkali ions in the water; a coffee storage tank in which coffee is stored, and which is connected to the filter portion through the water supply pipe to receive alkaline ionized water, and extracts undiluted Dutch coffee as the coffee is dissolved in the alkaline ionized water; an extracted undiluted Dutch coffee storage tank configured to store and discharge undiluted coffee extracted from the coffee storage tank; a first valve for controlling the flow of water supplied to the filter portion by being attached to the water pipe; a pH sensor for measuring alkalinity of the alkaline ionized water by being arranged at the water supply pipe; a second valve for controlling the flow of water supplied to the coffee storage tank by being arranged at the water supply pipe; and a control unit for calculating the alkalinity by receiving a signal from the pH sensor in connection with the first and second values, and for adjusting the concentration of the alkaline ionized water by controlling the first and second values according to a calculation result. |
