FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite structural panels, in particular to the fabrication of gypsum wall plates. The method of fabrication of the wall plates includes: determination of therequired value of nail drawing on the basis of the wall plate type; providing the processor performed with a possibility of implementation of the following stages: input into the processor of the value of strength of the wall plate middle layer; determination of the value of rigidity of facing paper on the basis of the named required value of nail drawing and the named provided value of strength of the middle layer; determination of the mass of the facing paper on the basis of a certain value of rigidity of the facing paper; selection of the type of the facing paper on the basis of the named mass of the facing paper; sending of the named type of the facing paper and the named value of strength of the centre to the production line for the manufacture of the wall plates; and producing the wall plate by means of the production line for the manufacture of the wall plates using the named selected type of the facing paper and the named achieved value of strength of the middle layer.EFFECT: improvement of the technology of adjustment of systems for the manufacture of wall plates.7 cl, 3 ex, 6 dwg |
