METHOD OF DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSTICS OF AUTOIMMUNE LIVER DISEASES

FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for differential diagnostics of various nosological forms of autoimmune liver diseases (AILD). To carry out differential diagnostics of autoimmune liver diseases clinical-and-laboratory, morphological and immunomorphologcal tests with immunhistochemical determination of bcl-2 in liver tissue are performed. Comparative analysis of content of bcl-2 positive cells is carried out and the level of percent content of bcl-2 is determined. Differential diagnostics is carried out between primary biliary cirrhosis if value is 66%-100% and cross syndrome - autoimmune hepatitis/primary biliary cirrhosis - lower than 66%; between autoimmune hepatitis - 33%-66% and primary biliary cirrhosis - 66%-100%; between autoimmune hepatitis 33%-66% and chronic viral hepatitis C - 0%-33%.EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to increase reliability of differential diagnostics of cross syndromes of autoimmune liver diseases, with further optimisation of therapy, depending on stated diagnosis.1 dwg, 1 tbl, 3 ex
