The present invention relates to an opening and closing device of an insulating cover for a vinyl greenhouse which sets up an additional framework for suitably maintaining and controlling temperature at night for crops planted inside the vinyl greenhouse and automatically opens and closes the insulating cover inside the vinyl greenhouse having the insulating cover which covers the same.
