According to the present invention, a straight plug connector has tip terminals, at least one ring terminal and sleeve terminals which are sequentially arranged along a plug insertion groove and an insulator which electrically insulates these terminals from one another. Tip terminals comprise a contact part and an extension part. In the contact part an engagement structure for maintaining a coupling state to a receptacle connector is formed. At least one ring terminal and sleeve terminals are mounted on the circumferential surface of the extension part by providing flexible circuit board. At least one ring terminal and at least one sleeve terminal are respectively connected to a corresponding electric power line of a cable through a flexible printed circuit board. Accordingly, multi-polarization higher than tetrode of a plug connector is available and a size reduction is available with the same number of poles, thereby achieving downsizing. |
