FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to medicine. Set contains, at least, one separate peripheral device for connection to substrate. Substrate contains protective layer. Adhesive substance, which does not irritate skin, is placed on proximal side of protective layer. Substrate represents one-piece substrate which makes it possible to cut out hole in desirable place before application.
