A thermoelectric device comprises: a flow channel section having a liquid electrolyte flowing therein; a first electrode disposed in one region of the flow channel section; and a second electrode disposed in the other region of the flow channel section. The liquid electrolyte is oxidized/reduced by the temperature difference between the first electrode and the second electrode.
