FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: method involves an immunohistological analysis of primary tumour tissue specimens aiming at determining a percentage of expression of Hsp27 non-phosphorylated molecular chaperone protein in a tumour cell nucleus with taking into account patient's menstrual health, primary tumour size and a degree of malignancy; a regression equation is calculated, and further a probability P of lymphatic cancer spread is derived. If P?50%, a high risk is predicted, whereas P<50% shows a low risk of developing lymphatic cancer spread.EFFECT: method enables the high-accuracy and information value prediction of developing lymphatic cancer spread accompanying invasive non-specific breast carcinoma and optimised therapeutic approach to patient management.2 ex, 5 tbl, 1 dwg |
