摘要 The present invention relates to a negative electrode for a lithium secondary battery including: a current collector; a carbon material coating layer formed on the current collector; and a silicon nanowire layer which is aligned on the carbon material coating layer and is induced and grown by a metal catalyst. As a result of improvement for a structure such as introduction of the carbon material coating layer and the silicon nanowire layer, the initial specific capacity is similar to the theoretical capacity of a silicon-based negative electrode active material; coulomb efficiency is almost 100%; performance of the battery can be excellent; and cycle properties of the battery can be excellent.
