According to embodiments, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a board used in food storage, which is manufactured with minerals as materials, and forms a space suitable for keeping fruits, vegetables, and the like through functions of anion and far-infrared radiation, anti-bacterial properties, deodorization, and humidity control of a corresponding mineral, and to a food container using the same, capable of keeping food such as fruits, vegetables, and the like for a long period of time without consuming electronic energy by being manufactured by the board. The method for manufacturing a board used in food storage according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps: manufacturing an aqueous solution in which 90 to 99 wt% of water and 1 to 10 wt% of carboxymethylcellulose are mixed; manufacturing a mixture in which 20 to 30 wt% of sericite and 70 to 80 wt% of diatomite are mixed; manufacturing liquid soil mortal by mixing 30 to 45 wt% of the aqueous solution and 65 to 70% of the mixture; and forming a board by pouring the liquid soil mortal in a frame and drying the same. The aqueous solution can be manufactured by mixing 96 to 99 wt% of water and 1 to 4 wt% of carboxymethylcellulose. In addition, the mixture can be manufactured by mixing 20 to 30 wt% of sericite and 70 to 80 wt% of diatomite in a mixing apparatus through a dry process. |
