FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to method of obtaining derivatives of 5-[(2-hydroxyacyl)amino]2,4,6-triiodo derivative of general formula(5) or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, where R independently in each case represents group, selected from -COOR' and -CON(R'); R' independently in each case represents hydrogen or linear or branched (C-C) alkyl group, optionally substituted with one or several hydroxyl groups as such or in their protected form; and X represents hydrogen or linear or branched (C-C) alkyl group; by Smiles rearrangement of compound of general formula(4) or its salt, where R, R' and X are such as determined above, and said rearrangement is achieved by contact of compound (4) with solid phase of ion-exchanger in presence of water solvent.EFFECT: obtaining derivatives of 5-[(2-hydroxyacyl)amino]2,4,6-triiodo-1,3-benzenecarboxamide with high output and high optic purity degree.10 cl, 4 ex |
