FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of metallurgical and mining slimes. Initial stock is disintegrated to remove out-of-standard inclusions. Pulp is made from obtained product and processed by high-amplitude ultrasound oscillations. Then, self-weight separation is made to get two flows containing zinc- and lead-bearing products. Every flow is processed by high- and/or superhigh-frequency currents. Then, ultrasound high-temperature processing and magnetic separation are performed for additional extraction of iron-containing product at discharge. Note here that submagnetic substances are processed by high-amplitude ultrasound oscillations of frequency that produces cavitation bubbles. Then, thickened product is separated at hydraulic cyclones to get runoff with increased content of zinc. Produced flow is fed to rurnoff flow and, further, to primary magnetic separation. Thickened product is also fed to magnetic separation to get iron-bearing products and nonmagnetic product consisting of carbon and quartz sand. Nonmagnetic product is dried and separated to carbon-containing product and quartz sand. Iron-bearing product is used as iron-ore concentrate.EFFECT: higher efficiency of processing.4 cl, 1 dwg |
