The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring an amount of accumulated dust in a filter, capable of measuring an amount of accumulated dust in a filter by using ultrasonic waves. The apparatus for measuring an amount of accumulated dust in a filter includes the filter which filters the dust in the air flowing in, an ultrasonic wave generator which outputs the ultrasonic waves to the filter by operating by a preset control signal inputted from the outside, an ultrasonic wave receiver which outputs a preset signal by receiving the ultrasonic waves which are reflected from or pass through the filter, and a control unit which outputs the preset control signal to the ultrasonic wave generator by an accumulated dust measurement signal inputted from the outside and determines the replacement time of the filter by receiving the preset signal outputted from the ultrasonic wave receiver. Therefore, a user can grasp the accurate replacement time of the filter. |
