FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. An optic device for obtaining subjective higher-order aberrations for carrying out of ophthalmological correction in a patient, which contains a telescope, a regulated optical unit, generating the aberrations, which contains a generator of aberrations and a prismatic unit or a mirror unit with air interlayers; with the generator of aberrations being placed near the aperture diaphragm of the telescope and containing a pair of connected multi-component plates, placed on a visual pathway in the pupil plane of the said regulated optical unit, with the said regulated optical unit being made with a possibility to introduce the higher-order aberrations of a controlled value into the pupil plane of the tested object's eye.EFFECT: application of the claimed invention makes it possible to improve ophthalmological correction in the patient by the determination of the subjective high-order aberrations.8 cl, 12 dwg, 2 tbl |
