摘要 FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to means for determination of glucose in biological sample. Systems for glucose determination contain, at least, one light source, made with possibility of illuminating target area of biological sample, at least, one light sensor, which has time-dependent current, representing indicator of certain light power, processor, made with possibility to calculate attenuation, characteristic of blood in biological sample, present in target area, with ratio "signal-noise", at least, 20:1 and basing on calculated attenuation to determine level of blood glucose, connected with biological sample, present in target area. Calculated attenuation is based on standard deviation of logarithm of time-dependent current, generated by light power from the same target area of biological sample, either on approximation of standard current logarithm deviation, or attenuation being calculated with application of difference between peak and depression of light absorption change due to blood in biological sample relative to time, which is calculated by processor as function of standard deviation of time-dependent current logarithm, divided on coefficient of proportionality, in accordance with equationwhere A(t) is change in light absorption due to blood in biological sample as time function, ?A is difference between peak and depression of A(t) graph during time interval of one heart contraction, I(t) is time-dependent current, logI(t) is logarithm of time-dependent current, k is coefficient of proportionality, ?[A(t)] is standard deviation of A(t) and ?[logI(t)] is standard deviation of logI(t), or is calculated by means of normalisation coefficient. Processor can also be made with possibility to receive output signal from, at least, one light sensor and basing on received output signal calculate attenuation, characteristic of blood in biological sample, present in target area, and eliminate effect of uncertainly, caused by temperature-dependent characteristics of sensor, at least, one light sensor, by calculation of standard deviation of logarithm of time-dependent voltage signal, and basing on calculated attenuation determine level of blood glucose, connected with biological sample, present in target area.
